About Blue Ribbon Restaurants:

Brothers, chefs and restaurateurs Bruce and Eric Bromberg have set culinary trends and ignited passions for almost 20 years, most notably as founders and guiding forces behind the Blue Ribbon Restaurants Group.

The original Blue Ribbon opened in 1992 at what was then the edge of Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood. That Blue Ribbon restaurant ushered in a new era in fine dining – a come as you are, no reservations taken, eclectic mix of familiar and fine foods with no ethnic boundaries – an era whose boundaries they continue to push to this day. Their only rule was that everything they served had to be a simple, delicious, top- notch and something they loved to cook and eat. That rule inspires them at each of their restaurants every day.

Blue Ribbon soon became a permanent destination for chefs, waiters, bartenders and other restaurant industry insiders in search of find food that is both delicious and interesting. By the end of the first year they were rewarded as Zagat Guide's Best New Restaurant.
